A Week in Paradise

Hey guys, back with another post. I thought I would write a bit about my holiday to Seychelles. I went there with my family for a week about two weeks ago and it was absolutely gorgeous: the weather was warm, it also rained quite a bit but we still enjoyed it. My mom and I went on morning runs (it was very hilly) and also did daily yoga which was very fun and a bit painful, we also did laughing yoga which was very interesting to say the least.
